What does the plastic pool installation process look like?

What does the plastic pool installation process look like?

Excavation and site preparation

Depending on the pool model and dimensions, excavation takes approximately 2–8 hours and is done mechanically. After excavation, a base layer is placed and precise leveling is performed to ensure the bed is completely flat and stable.

Lowering the pool

The finished PP pool is lowered into the excavation using a crane or forklift and precisely positioned in the prepared bed, with height and geometry control.

External concreting

Plastic (PP) pools are reinforced externally with a concrete jacket, which provides exceptional strength, durability and structural stability.

Commissioning the pool

After concreting, filtration, lighting and additional pool equipment are installed. Upon completion of all installations and checks, the pool is ready for use.
